After a good night’s sleep we headed back out to the church/ school to continue work on the shower and finish with the church leadership mini conference. We had a few new faces and a few people who could not attend the second session. The church conference was an absolute blessing to all. Harry has a fairly young church and most are so hungry for the word and so eager to serve. We all learned a lot from each other.

The work on the shower went as expected. The walls and corners are complete but we will have to wait for all the mud to dry before the roof can be installed. That will happen after we leave because our time will not allow us to come back to the school.

After the meeting with the church folks we had lunch and prepared for the afternoon. The agenda was fairly open. Harry and I had an interveiw with a new school director and that went incredibly well. The team has been patient with me when I have had to deal with some private issues, such as this interview and they realize the importance of time well spent. That in itself is such a blessing.

We all went out to Harry’s house to look at the progress and to show them GMSM’s vision for his family. We only ask them to pray for the work ahead and that God will provide. Tomorrow we will head to Jacmel to introduce the team to the orphanage and the Demonttel village. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
