For the second year, Give Me Shelter Ministries is providing Christmas Dinner for children we support in Haiti.
This year we will feed 200 children who are students at the new Evangelical Baptist School of the Trinity and children in Pastor Harry’s Church, Premiere Eglise Baptiste De Savanne Blonde.
We had such a great response last year. This year we’re adding a gift for each child and additional food to the event.
The gift bag will include:
- Toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss (donated by Ft. Walton Beach Dentists)
- Soap
- Hand Sanitizer
- New Wash Cloth
- Christmas treat (small toy and candy)
The dinner this year will be a feast of:
- Chicken
- Beans
- Rice
- Fried plantains
- Salad
- Christmas cake
The only gifts we can take with us are the dental supplies; everything else will be purchased in Haiti.
